system design for the power production of cities

Hi,
I am currently doing my thesis in replacement of conventional energies by solar power in the cities of France. I have extracted the present electricity consumption of Nimes as 782 GWh/Year and lyon as 2615.64 GWh/year. i would like to discuss the system design to get this output in Photovoltaic power plants.

Do you have a specific question about your SAM file? From your description, I am not sure exactly what you are trying to model, or what you need help with.
