Dumped energy get too big was created by Fabiowang
Dear all,
I try to use the physical trough model to simulate a parabolic trough plant and find a discription of dumped energy in Technical manual for sam physical trough model. In my project, the dumped energy is even approximate 10 times to the energy to storage, the total storage energy for one month cannot fill up a 9 hour tank. dumped energy is related to maxium flow rate of loop and DNI. I try to adjust the value of max loop flowrate but it didn't work. Im so confused. Can you show me the key point?
Best regard.

Best regards,
Paul.
