steam from turbine was created by rabdulqader
I’m using SAM for calculating the electrical power output from CSP plant using the physical model. I’m then using the steam from the power turbine for seawater desalination. This means I need to know the amount of steam generated, the temperature and pressure. Does SAM produce this data? If it does where can I find it? If it doesn’t, what information can I use to work out the figures above?
Thank you for your help in anticipation.

Reyad

Dear Reyad,
You can find simulation data on the Results page, either on the Data tab or the Time Series tab.
SAM reports the power cycle HTF temperatures and the condenser pressure. The variable names start with the part of the system they are associated with. For example, all of the power cycle variables start with "Cycle" and the solar field variables start with "Field."
Best regards,
Paul.
