SAM Battery Storage and Dispatch paper not found in SAM website

For details about the implementation of SAM's battery model, see DiOrio, N.; Dobos, a.; (DRAFT 2015). "SAM Battery Storage and Dispatch," available on the Performance Model Documentation page of the SAM website.

I saw the above in the SAM 2015.6.30 documentation. Cannot locate the paper on the SAM website. Can you help

Also Tags for this messaging system needs to have an "Advanced Energy Storage" tag.

I've posted the draft battery model reference manual. You can find it here, under "Photovoltaic Models": sam.nrel.gov/performance
Thanks for the suggestion to add a tag for battery-related support questions. We chose not to because technically the battery model is part of SAM's photovoltaic performance model (the CSP models have a separate model for thermal energy storage), but perhaps PV with storage is a big enough topic to merit its own tag.
