a reference to version "2015.3.30 March 2015" is made.

Is it yet downloadable? The download section has only the previous version (2015.1.30).

Apologies, this is not clear. We released a patch to the 2015.1.30 version in March of 2015 that contained some bug fixes. If you had previously downloaded the 2015.1.30 version, you would be prompted to install the patch to this version. If you downloaded the 2015.1.30 version after we released the patch, then you have the latest version of SAM.
