For PPA projects in SAM (Commercial PPA, Utility IPP, or Advanced IPP options), you can define a single, annual escalation rate for the power price on the Financing page. It is not possible to define a different escalation rate for different years.
For projects that buy and sell power at retail rates (Residential and Commercial), you can specify a different escalation rate to each year in the analysis period on the Utility Rates page.
