For inverters, is a single library of input parameters for SAM's implementation of the Sandia inverter model. The library is maintained by the California Energy Commission, and the model was developed by Sandia.
For PV modules, there are two libraries of input parameters in SAM for two different PV module models. One library is for the Sandia PV model with a database maintained by Sandia, and the other is for the CEC PV model with a database maintained by the CEC.
Best regards,
Paul.

Hi Arti,
SAM's library files are available in the libraries folder of the SAM installation. You can also find them on GitHub:
