Thin-film module type efficiency was created by bernard

Hello SAM community,

I have been checking your SAM Help, and found 5 module types there.
I am interested in the third type: Polymer/thin-film/steel steel type. It has truly high temperature and wind speed coefficient values based on Sandia Temperature Model: a = -3.58 , b = -.113

Do you happen to know what is this thin-film module's efficiency? It looks pretty high (closer to 20%)?
