Solar Prospector CSV vs TMY Files

When I download a CSV file from Solar Prospector and try to use it in SAM, SAM displays an error message about not being able to determine the time step. How can I use the file in SAM?
When you download a file from Solar Prospector, you should use the TMY Format option instead of the CSV Format option. The TMY Format option will download a file in the NSRDB TMY2 format that SAM can read. The Solar Prospector's CSV format is not one that SAM can read.
