API Usage

Hi Team, 

Is there an API where we can give the Inputs through a web application and get the outputs for below: 

1.Location Based Panel Layout2. Inverter String layout3. Shading Calculations4. Solar Production 5. Consumption data by the Meter Date uploadPlease help me out with this.

SAM is a desktop application, so it is not possible to access it through a web API.
