The file you attached is not a text file in the SRW format. It appears to be a binary file, so I have deleted it.
The Wind Power model SAM 2022.11.21 r1 works with wind resource files in either the SRW format or the new CSV format for wind, which is compatible with more of the files available from the
WIND Toolkit API
. The two formats are described in SAM's Help system, which you can find in SAM by clicking the Help button or pressing the F1 key. The web versions of the descriptions are here:

If your file is in one of those formats and is still not working, please attach a copy and I will try to help troubleshoot.
