Having trouble: 'Save as CSV' and 'Copy to clipboard' the Cash flow statements in OS X was created by schmidly
Paul, good morning. I'm having issues Saving as CSV and Copying to clipboard the cash flow statements in the latest release of SAM for OS X. Can you tell me if you're seeing this as well? And if so, can you push out a fix for it? Thanks in advance, Brian S.

Hi Brian,
We are not seeing the save to CSV or copy to clipboard issue from the cash flow tab in OS X. What happens when you try those on your computer?
Best regards,
Paul.

I'm using SAM software on Macbook Pro laptop, OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5
Here how I was able to save cash flow spreadsheet:
1.) Run simulation. Make sure no other pop up windows in SAM software open.
2.) Go to Cash Flow tab and open. Click Save As CSV. Name file.
3.) Go to Finder. Locate File. Drag to Mac Numbers software.
4.) Open and format as needed.
It works.
Copy to clipboard .... a mystery to be solved later.

Hi Mike,
Those steps are how Save as CSV is supposed to work, so glad it is working on your computer.
As for copy to clipboard on OS X:
1. In SAM, on the Results page, click the Cash Flow tab.
2. Click Copy to Clipboard.
3. Outside of SAM, create a new text file or spreadsheet using the appropriate application.
4. Press Command-v to paste the data from the clipboard to the file.
Best regards,
Paul.

Hi mhdraper, thanks for the process for saving the cash flow spreadsheet on OS X Yosemite. I replicated your steps, and it worked, but the After-tax cash flow ($) or the last line in the statement is missing data from year 0-15. Can you tell me if you're seeing the same thing? Paul, can you tell me if you're seeing the same thing as well or is this just my machine. I'm running a MacBook Air. Thanks in advance, Brian S.

Hi Paul, I replicated your steps and it's working now, but again, as I previously mentioned, the data from year 0-15 is missing from the After-tax cash flow ($) line in the spreadsheet after I copy/paste the data. Can you tell me if you're seeing this phenomenon as well? Thanks in advance, Brian.
