SDK Licensing

I'm having trouble finding license information for the SAM Simulation Core SDK. The closest thing I was able to find is the following statement in the SDK help file. Does this apply to the SSC also, or can further clarification be provided about the license for the SDK? Specifically, the question I'm trying to investigate is, may applications developed using the SSC be distributed and may they include the SSC DLLs?

The System Advisor Model (“Model”) is provided by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory
(“NREL”), which is operated by the Alliance for Sustainable Energy, LLC (“Alliance”) for the U.S.
Department Of Energy (“DOE”) and may be used for any purpose whatsoever.

Yes, you may distribute applications that include the SSC libraries.

We ask that you acknowledge your use of the SSC API and both the National Renewable Energy and U.S. Department of Energy in any descriptions of the application.
