PPA, cost of land was created by Rami

Daer SAM team,

I am working on a study for a utility-scale solar plus storage project, 150 MW DC, and 60 MW AC (due to grid limits)
in the costing inputs, regarding the land cost, how do you express the land cost if it leased on yearly basis and not purchased? in SAM

Kindly, advise me regarding the land cost in the financial model
your assistance is valuable if you could guide me and advise regarding the technical design for such a case? in SAM

Dear Rami,

You can include the lease payments in the project operating and maintenance costs at the bottom of the System Costs page.

As for the technical design, you may want to refer to the Help system and to the demonstration videos available on the SAM website:
