Subhourly simulation

Hello,

For now, only the physical trough model can run using subhourly weather data, which must be in the SMW format. See the following Help topics for more details (these topics are also available from SAM's Help menu):

We are working to allow subhourly modeling for the other performance models, but for now, only the physical trough model supports it.
