        Hi Paul,
Thank you for pointing out this issue. For now, you can solve the problem by changing the number format in the Excel worksheet "Inputs and Outputs" cells G9, G11, and G15 from Percentage to General. SAM exports the correct values to the worksheet, but the Excel cell formatting causes it to be misinterpreted.
We will fix this issue in the January update to SAM 2012.11.30.
