Hello,

I want to model an on grid PV system in Chile, but I don't know how to import local weather files correctly to SAM software, it says that the file doesn´t exist. Any idea?

Hi Paul,

I saw the video you shared and I am still having trouble. I created a folder with my weather file in .csv format, downloaded in here:

ernc.dgf.uchile.cl:48080/exploracion

Then, followed all the steps related to weather files managing, and it returns the same issue:

'Weather file does not exist. Please choose or download a different file above'

I also runned the macro to check the file and no issues were detected.

Any help will be usefull!

Hi Diego,

SAM can only load weather files from a local folder on your computer, so please be sure any folders you add are local.
