Hello,

Please I am writing because I don't understand the difference between DC net and DC gross while simulating HCPV system.
After making a simulation, I go to profiles in hourly data and find DC net and DC gross. I want to know the difference between them please?

Dear Zaynab,

The difference between DC net and DC gross power is caused by the loss factor inputs and tracking power and error inputs on the Array page:

DC net = DC gross * mismatch * DC wiring * diodes and connections * tracking error - ( tracker power * number of trackers )
