Duplicate and Missing Open EI schedules was created by lwkerber

Open EI - Consumers Energy in Michigan has duplicate rate schedules for General Primary but no General Primary Demand rate schedule? Seems like the duplicates should be removed and replaced by the missing General Primary Demand schedule.

I don't see any duplicate rates for Consumer's Energy Co (see http://en.openei.org/apps/USURDB/?utilRateFinder=Consumers+Energy+Co ), though there are rates with the same name and different effective dates. There are some "General Demand Service - Primary*" rates, but they are industrial. Are you looking for commercial rates?
